Through the 60's, 70's and early 80's Jerry completed over 10,000 condominium residences in the metropolitan areas of New York , New Jersey , and Pennsylvania . In the late 70's, early 80's, Jerry, along with his wife Nancy, made a life-changing decision to relocate their family to South Florida Commuting back and forth between Aventura and New York, Jerry established his base of operations, and quickly witnessed the fabulous opportunities in real estate.

Jerry has and continues to enjoy a prominent and successful career with more than 28,000 units credited to his name. His impressive portfolio includes the complete sell-out of more than 25 developments including local projects like 1500 Ocean Drive , Miami Beach ; The Palm Bay Club, Miami ; Mystic Pointe, Aventura; and Hidden Bay , Aventura.

Jerry also founded International Sales Group (ISG) in 1991 and served as principal until 2001. At ISG, he was involved in all aspects of sales and marketing and was known as a motivator and triumphant leader. He played an instrumental role in the swift success of Aventura Lakes , the luxury single family development.

Jerry is a past chairman of the Sales and Marketing Council of the Builders Association of South Florida (BASF) and Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA). National recognition has come to him by way of more than 150 sales and marketing awards for communications, public relations, advertising, and construction excellence. He is a licensed Real Estate Associate in the state of Florida and a licensed general contractor in New York . He is also the author of an educational training manual featuring techniques in training real estate professionals.
