Seth is well known as one of the most thorough and conscientious real estate sales executives in South Florida. In his new role as a senior partner at GMG, he brings significant real estate sales and marketing experience. He will contribute many unique talents and aspirations, including his special interest: Creating and conducting seminars that educate real estate professionals in evolving aspects of the business.  Another special interest is working with developers at the construction level, to bring a thorough understanding of project specifics to his clients.  Additionally, he is adept at utilizing public relations to maximize property exposure. A member of the Realtor Association of Greater Miami and the Beaches, Seth is the licensed broker on all GMG projects. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University, and lives in Aventura Lakes.
